The one mailbox we use
The editorial mailbox is editor@kumasilearngh.com, and it is the only address the desk uses. Write to it for a correction, a question about how a page was sourced, or a broker fact you think we have wrong. We do not promise a response time, because the desk is small and replies depend on volume.
We do not run a phone line, a WhatsApp support channel or a live chat. If you see this desk's name attached to any of those, treat it as not us and do not send money or documents.
What happens after you send a correction request, from receipt to the edit
A correction request is logged as a correction first, before anything else is considered. We check the specific claim against the source we used, decide whether the page is wrong, unclear or actually correct, and then either amend the page or reply explaining why the wording stands. If the page is wrong we change it and note what changed. We do not quietly delete the old wording and pretend it never existed; the point of a correction is that the page ends up more accurate than it was when you found it.
You do not need to be polite, senior or a customer to have a correction taken seriously. What you do need is the exact sentence and the exact figure or fact that contradicts it. A message saying the margin example is wrong is not actionable on its own. A message saying the margin example on the gold page conflicts with the applicable leverage cap, and quoting the sentence, is actionable immediately. Precision is the whole currency of a correction request, and it is the fastest route to a fix.
If we agree the page is wrong, the fix is made on the page itself rather than in a private reply. That means the next reader benefits, which is the only reason to run corrections in public. If we disagree, you get the reasoning and the source we relied on, and you are free to take it further with the regulator or the broker if the point concerns them rather than us. We will not amend a page to match an opinion, and we will not leave a known error up because correcting it is awkward.
What to send with a gold pricing question, a platform question, or a regulator question
Send the instrument code, the exact figure you are questioning and where you saw it. For anything about gold (XAU/USD), include the price you were quoted, the timestamp in Ghana time, and whether you were reading a chart on MT4, MT5, cTrader or the FxPro app. One lot of gold is 100 oz and one pip is 0.01, so a claim that a move was worth a certain amount can be checked against those two facts alone. Without the platform name and the time, we cannot tell whether you are describing a display difference or an actual pricing question.
For a platform question, name the platform and the screen. Say whether you are on desktop, mobile or the FxPro app, what you expected to see, and what appeared instead. If the issue involves a gold position, give the lot size, for example a 0.10-lot position, and the margin figure the platform showed you. At the applicable leverage cap a 0.10-lot gold position needs about $85.50 margin, so if your screen shows something very different that detail matters. Screenshots help, but crop them so no account number, password or full name is visible.
For a regulator question, tell us which entity name appears on your account documents and which licence you are trying to verify. FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, and the entity that serves Ghana is the one whose details appear on your paperwork. We can point you to the SEC Ghana licensed operators list so you can confirm any broker yourself. We cannot verify a licence on your behalf or tell you that a firm is safe; that check belongs with the regulator, using the exact legal name rather than a trading brand.
How long a reply takes, and why the clock only starts once your message is complete
Expect a reply within a few working days, not within the hour. This is a small editorial operation, messages are read by a person rather than a queue robot, and questions that need checking against a source take longer than ones that need a definition. Working days are Monday to Friday, Ghana time, and a message that arrives late on Friday is realistically read the following week. If you need an answer today because a position is open, we are the wrong place to ask and your broker is the right one.
The clock starts when your message is complete, not when you first hit send. A message that says only that gold moved strangely cannot be answered, so it waits until you supply the platform, the timestamp, the price and the lot size. A message that arrives with those details is answered in one pass. This is why the checklist on this page matters more than speed of sending: a detailed message sent on Monday is answered before a vague one sent on Sunday and chased on Wednesday.
We do not send holding replies or automated acknowledgements promising a date. If you have not heard back within a reasonable stretch of working days, resend the original message with the details added rather than starting a new thread, so the context stays together. Corrections are handled on a different track and generally move faster than general questions, because a published error is a defect on the page rather than a query about it. We would rather fix a wrong figure quickly than defend it slowly.
Account access, missing funds and personal advice belong with your broker or the regulator
We cannot touch your account. We cannot log in, reset a password, release a withdrawal, reverse a transfer, cancel a position, change your leverage setting or confirm what your balance is. We have no connection to FxPro's systems and no visibility of any customer record. If money sent by MTN Mobile Money has not landed, or a withdrawal is stuck, or you cannot access your login, contact FxPro support directly with your transaction reference. That is the only route that can actually resolve it, and it is also the route that creates a record you can later rely on.
If a dispute with a broker is not resolved through support, the next step is the regulator, not us. FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, and you should confirm any broker on the SEC Ghana licensed operators list before relying on a licence claim. Use the exact legal entity name on your account documents when you check. We can explain what those names mean and where the lists sit, but we cannot file a complaint for you, chase a firm on your behalf, or recover funds.
Personal advice goes to a licensed adviser, and that is a firm boundary rather than modesty. Nobody here knows your finances, your obligations or your tolerance for loss, so any answer we gave about position size, timing or whether to trade gold would be guesswork dressed as guidance. Trading gold on leverage is high-risk and losses can arrive quickly. If you want a view on your own situation, speak to someone licensed to give it, and treat anything on this site as education about mechanics rather than a recommendation to act.
What we do with a message we genuinely cannot answer
If a message cannot be answered, you get told so plainly and told why, rather than left waiting. There are three usual reasons: the question needs personal advice, it needs account access we do not have, or it is too vague to check. In each case the reply names the reason and points to where the answer actually lives, whether that is FxPro support, the regulator, a licensed adviser or a rewritten question with the details added. A clear no is more useful than a slow maybe, and we would rather send it than stall.
Messages we cannot answer are not published, quoted or passed to anyone else. We do not run a mailbag, we do not share correspondence with brokers, and we do not keep a file of readers' circumstances. If a message contains account details, passwords or mobile money references, those are not retained. The only thing that survives a useful exchange is the underlying correction or clarification, and that reaches the page as an edit rather than as a story about the person who sent it.
A message we cannot answer today may become answerable with one more detail. If the reply asks for the platform, the timestamp, the lot size or the exact sentence, sending those turns an unanswerable message into a routine one. What will not change the outcome is repetition or escalation in tone: the limit is what we are able to verify, not how firmly the question is put. Send the missing detail once and the message re-enters the queue as a normal question, usually answered in a single reply.
How a correction about a published figure is ranked against a general question
A correction that concerns a number on a live page outranks every general question. The ranking is simple: a wrong figure that could mislead someone about margin, pip value or leverage is handled first, a wrong or misleading sentence second, and a general how-does-this-work question after both. The reason is that a published error keeps doing damage to every reader who lands on it, while a question only affects the one person waiting for a reply. Volume of messages does not change that order.
Within corrections, the ones with the highest priority are those touching risk and cost mechanics: the pip value on gold, the lot size convention of 100 oz, the margin example of about $85.50 on a 0.10-lot position, and the statement that the available leverage is a cap rather than a target. An error in any of those can lead a reader to size a position wrongly, so it is checked and fixed before anything else in the queue. Wording preferences and style notes come last, and may not be actioned at all.
Ranking also depends on whether the correction is specific enough to act on. A precise report naming the sentence and the contradicting fact can be checked and fixed in one pass, so it moves quickly. A general message saying something on the site seems off cannot be ranked at all until it is narrowed down, so it sits with the general queue. If you want a correction prioritised, make it checkable: one sentence, one figure, one source. That is the difference between a fix this week and a thread that goes nowhere.
The questions we answer in writing and the ones that need a licensed adviser instead
We answer factual, checkable questions about how the material on this site works: what a pip is on gold, how margin is calculated, what a lot size means, how funding through MTN Mobile Money typically fits into a trading account, and what a regulator caveat is telling you. If your question can be settled by a definition, a formula or a published rule, send it. If the answer would change depending on your income, your debts, your family situation or how you feel about losing money, it is not ours to give.
We do not give personal trading advice. That covers whether you should buy or sell gold, what lot size suits you, where to place a stop, whether now is a good time to enter, and whether you should fund an account at all. Trading gold on leverage is high-risk and you can lose more than you expect, so a decision like that needs a licensed adviser who knows your full position. We will not dress up a general observation as a recommendation, and we will not answer a question that is really a request for a signal.
We also cannot interpret your broker's contract for you or promise an outcome on a complaint. FxPro's terms, its execution arrangements and its leverage cap for the entity serving Ghana are set by FxPro and its regulators, not by us. We can explain what a term generally means and where the binding wording sits, but the authoritative answer comes from the broker's own documents and, if it escalates, from the regulator. Treat anything we write as explanation, not as a ruling on your individual account.
The details that make a message answerable in one reply
A useful message contains four things: the page or platform you are asking about, the exact wording or figure in question, what you expected instead, and what you have already checked. That last item saves the most time, because it stops us repeating a step you have already taken. If you have already looked at the SEC Ghana licensed operators list or your broker's own terms, say so. A message with those four elements usually gets a complete answer in one exchange; a message without them usually gets a question back.
Quote rather than paraphrase. If a sentence on the site looks wrong, paste the sentence. If a platform showed a margin figure you did not expect, give the number exactly as displayed, along with the lot size and the instrument code. On gold, small details carry real weight: one lot is 100 oz and one pip is 0.01, so a decimal in the wrong place changes the meaning of the whole question. Quoting exactly lets us check the arithmetic instead of guessing at what you meant.
Never send your account password, your MTN Mobile Money PIN, your full card number or a one-time code, and do not send a screenshot with those visible. We never need them and no legitimate party ever will. If your question genuinely requires account-level detail, that is a sign it belongs with FxPro's support rather than with us, because we have no access to any account and no way to look anything up on your behalf. Redact first, then send.
No guest posts, no sponsored reviews, no paid placement
This desk does not accept guest posts, sponsored reviews or paid placement at any price. There is no rate card, no sponsored slot and no way to buy a mention, a ranking position or a softened caveat. Affiliate links are the only commercial arrangement, and they are disclosed on the pages that carry them.
If you are a broker or an agency and you write to offer content or payment, the answer is no. If you are a reader and you write to report a mistake, the answer is that we will look at it and correct the page in place if you are right.
What we can and cannot help with
We can help with editorial matters: explaining how a figure was sourced, checking whether a broker's published terms say what we said they say, and taking a correction. We can point you to the right document, such as a broker's own contract specifications or a regulator's list.
We cannot help with account problems, cannot chase a withdrawal, cannot recover funds and cannot give personal advice on whether to buy or sell gold. Those belong with your broker and, for a dispute, with the regulator. FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA; confirm any broker on the SEC Ghana licensed operators list.
Trade XAU/USD on FxPro platforms
FxPro gives Ghana traders MT4, MT5, cTrader and the FxPro app for gold, with funding through MTN Mobile Money. Confirm the entity serving Ghana and check the SEC Ghana licensed operators list before you deposit.
